Wow! I can't say enough good things about these guys. Daniel and Karen are a slam dunk duo. They made buying a home so easy. We were kept in the loop on every detail, and they made sure we understood the details. When it came time for us to do anything related to the house they were right there by our side. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a home. I know exactly where I'm going should we ever decide to sell and buy again!

Daniel was our agent for our first home purchase coming from apartments. As first time buyers we were slightly apprehensive of having a younger “less seasoned” agent in what would probably be the largest amount of debt we would ever take on, but we knew him personally and had heard good things from friends who he had recently helped into their first homes in the area as well. Daniel quickly put to rest our concerns with the amount of knowledge he had about the process, but what was more impressive and helpful was the amount of time and effort he was willing to put into answering our many questions and concerns we had about the process. Any question he didn’t have a complete answer to (we definitely threw him a few curve balls with notions of purchasing land and building early on) he quickly researched enough to get us the answers we needed. Daniel was always fast in getting back to us and seemed to work for us when we wouldn’t expect him to. That is also partially how we ended up with the perfect place.
